This 1997 Rexhall Aerbus (MODEL) is a 1 Owner RV with only 37,000 miles on it! It was originally purchased in California, and then moved by its original owner to Sunny and Dry Colorado. This is very important because RV’s contain lots of wood and other permeable materials that absorb water over their lifetime, causing a musty smell at minimum and even causing the sides to delaminate and the floors and walls to rot. But not this one! It is in exceptional condition inside and out. And best of all, everything works! It just had a full tune-up a month ago so it’s ready to go for it’s new owner. T he Generac Generator only has 150 hours on it and runs perfectly, generating 5.5k power. It can be started from inside the coach and it is very quiet and clean from being contained in a sealed compartment in the belly. Both sides of the Coach are lined with storage, some of which go all the way through for storing long items such as ladders. Each is also sealed very well, not allowing any water or dust into the compartments, as you an see in the photos. This Coach also has lots of mechanical features that were way ahead of its time, including load leveling hydraulic jacks, hydraulic rams for the slideout, French door fridge, stainless convection oven & microwave combo, Dual airconditioner with Intelitec controller, air leveling rear suspension, Tracvision Satellite TV receiver, and much more! Inside you will find many features typically only on much larger and more expensive busses. The bathroom doors open as French doors, doubling the size of the bathroom and making it feel huge with the dual sliding French mirrored closet doors becoming the new bathroom wall. In the kitchen, you will find an amazing microwave that is more than just a microwave! It can also be used as a true convection oven! Just select the baking temperature and how long you want to bake for and hit start like you would in a regular oven. It heats up almost instantly and even rotates your food for an even bake! Then when you need to store leftovers in your fridge, don’t worry because the side by side French doors and full height doors give you almost as much room as you have at home. Plus, it works on both AC power and LP/DC so you can keep it cold while traveling or without the generator running. And don’t worry about stuff rolling off the counter while you’re trying to cook because with the hydraulic load leveling jacks make sure you are always perfectly level! It is operated by a joystick and extremely easy to use. Built on a Ford F530F Super Duty Chassis, you will be very happy with how sturdy and stable this Coach feels while driving down the highway. On its trip to FL, it got 7.5 mpg with the cruise set at 70 mph and towing a small enclosed trailer. It gets about 9 mpg empty and slowing down to 55 mph. When backing into your new spot, it will be very easy with its large backup camera with night view and oversized side mirrors. Also, if you need to get out to check something or fill up with gas, you have a personal drivers door so you don’t have to crawl through the back to get to the main side door. This is an amazing Coach that is ready to hit the open road. You can literally pick it up and start driving with no repairs needed.
