This is a 1997 Gulfstream Tourmaster 8405 with the 450hp Diesel ISM Cummins with an Allison 6speed Auto trans.
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

The engine runs good.
The transmission shifts good.
The Onan Diesel 7500 gen works with less than 800 hours. The generator slide does not work, we used a jump box on the electric gen slide motor to make it go in and out.
The engine or dash AC seems to maybe need a little freon gas to make it cold.
This motorhome was just driven approx 300 miles with no issues.
There are 2 roof top AC units. The front air works proper and the rear air worked when we first plugged it up, but now it will not turn on and the ac breaker was reset and still not working. It probably needs a new electronic board or similar.
The water system works. The outside "ManaBlock" is busted as you can see in the photos. It needs to be replaced, approx $300 plus 2 hours labor. We could not check the water heater, stove or furnace since it is out of LP gas.
It has 2020 date code tires.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The fridge works.
A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.
Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.
The Big Foot levelling system does not work. The control panel turns on and beeps constantly, so we unplugged it.
The carpet is ok, especially considering it is 23 years old. As you can see in the photos it has several cracked tile and some loose tile. The tile really needs to be busted up and removed and if there are any floor issues, repair the floor and then install new flooring. The main awning springs need to be replaced, we had to roll it up by hand after we took the photos.
The is some delam as well and paint check or cracking, I tried to take a lot of photos to show these areas. We did NOT check anything else.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 24 years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.

Wiper replacement new awning springs new manablock water repair jacks if parts are still available
Full tank of Diesel and LP.
