I"m the second owner of this RV. The previous owner paid over $100,000 in 1997 for this Motor Home and only drove it 58,000 miles. I"ve had this RV for 3 years, and have only added around 300 miles (Yes, 300!). Now a new Mountain Aire is well over $150,000 new !
Newmar corp only builds luxury motor homes and luxury 5th wheels ! Has one slide out and only 58,XXX miles ! Has the Ford 7.5 liter 460 cubic inch V-8 and a Onan 6.5 kw RV Generator . Everything runs perfectly and this motor home drives great . This Mountain Aire is one of the cleanest and nicest condition 1997 models on the market today . Notice how nice and bright the finish is (kept under cover its whole life) , No delamination at all, no peeling or faded stripes, Rubber roof looks like new and has fiberglass overlap so a lot less leak worries. This Newmar can be used year round, Aluminum Frame, High gloss fiberglass exterior, drivers door with power window, aluma guard patio awning, double power steps, rear view camera system, trailer hitch.
The interior is HALF REMOVED – I was planning on updating the interior furniture, and never completed the job. Everything removes has been purely cosmetic. Aside from that, the interior is also in excellent condition . No smoke or pet odors and we will show you everything works great ! The front cab has comfortable power leather flexsteel captains chairs, TV, CD stereo, carpeted headliner, two dometic ducted roof airs, real hardwood floors in the kitchen, upgrade hardwood cabinets with etched glass fronts, table and four chairs, microwave and convection oven combo, range top, upgrade 10 gal DSi water heater, all books and manuals (I have) are included, upgrade dometic royale 2-way RV refrigerator and freezer with built iice maker , huge walk in bathroom with washer and dryer hookups, glassed in shower, and upgrade porcelaina RV toilet. The rear bedroom has lots of storage, queen island bed, and TV . This is a high end luxury motor home for the price of a low end "bargain brand".
