Coach is fantastic condition for the year, Inside Super nice, all upholstrey in excellent condition, Outside way above average for the year for sure! Amazing amount of storage both inside and out. Nice cabinetry, Corian countertops, nice lighting and color scheme, lots of windows and nice blinds + + throughout.
Full kitchen with excellent counter space, storage, and large Microwave, Newer XL Refrigerator/Freezer, levelers, CB, Bedroom has the RV Queen bed, Full bath, shower/ tub, closets + large Main awning, Generator(Purrs), Roof and tires are in fantastic condition.
These items were tested and work fine. All A/Cs, Generator(Purrs), Refrigerator, water, Heat. Selling as described, coach may need very little cleaning, personal touch. All 3 batteries are brand new, both house and starting. Overall Very Nice, has a couple bruises, simply normal expected wear.
Branch hit the roof, dented the edge and cracked the roof A/C and fridge vent covers. I have bought and replaced all. Both A/Cs on roof work fine. Power roof vent cracked, no promises on getting to that. Rear camera does not seem to work, most people are putting in wireless with updated technology anyways. CLEAN Title branded salvage for obvious reasons, seriously not an issue!
