According to the local DMV this was a $400K plus coach when new. I purchased it mainly for the Roadmaster bus based chassis. Rocky Mountain Cummins serviced the engine 144000 miles and the generator was serviced at 2600 hours.

Air Bag Suspension, Exhaust Brake, Onan Diesel Generator, 2 Roof A/Cs, Levelers, Stand-Alone Ice Maker, Backup Camera, Bluetooth Radio, Heated Tanks, Microwave, 2 Burner Range. 2 Bay are full width of the coach, one with drawer. Other standard features have been removed as part of the tear out for the conversion. Levelers and A/C are not tested.

The coach was purchased from a refurbisher in Arkansas with the intention of gutting the interior for conversion to a tiny house/mobile office. On REBUILT TITLE for water damage partial fixed by the refurbisher, which it the reason for the rebuilt title. The roof resealed after purchase, shower skylight and TV antenna removed and resealed.
