Vehicle description
This is a 1997 Load Trail wedge trail car hauler. It is 48" feet long of deck space. There are flip out extensions on the front, giving 3" additional cargo space. Additionally, the steel pull out ramps in the rear allow for 3" extra cargo space as well, for a total of 54" of usable cargo room. Fits 3 full size, 4 mid size, or combo of pretty much anything. 2 8K lb axles, manufacturer GVWR is 16K. Tires are all in great shape, 2 spares included. (one of them needs air). Hubs were all rebuilt last year. All wiring is new last year as well, along with all LED lights. All lights are fully functional, and very bright. The trailer had been painted at one point, and the paint is flaking off kind of all over. Very minimal rust. All the structure is in great shape. Couple minor dings in some of the square tubing but absolutely NO structural issues or concerns. The pull out ramps in back are heavy, and could use grease to ease the in/out job. Most of our loading/unloaded was done with forklift so the ramps didn"t get used much. Gooseneck hitch, electric brakes, safety chains. I have a clean and clear Missouri title in hand for the trailer. In the interest of full disclosure, the vin sticker on the trailer was covered up when it was repainted a while ago. This is only an issue if your state will require a VIN inspection for you to put it in service. If its going to Missouri, no inspection required, and no issue. Any other state may require you to visit your highway patrol and have a new sticker applied. It pulls 100% perfect down the road, without issue.
