We have a nice 1997 Gulfstream Sunvoyager Class A Motorhome for sale. 34"6" in length. This MH is clean inside and out and cared for over the years. It starts right up and runs down the road. All newer house batteries (2 interstate batteries) and engine battery. Ford 460 GAS engine. Automatic transmission shifts as it should. Many options including: Heated Rearview Mirrors, LED 19" TV, Backup Camera, Gas/Electric Refrigerator, Swivel Master Chairs, Basement Storage, Onan 5k Generator, Reese hitch, Power Entry Step (works great!), Day/Night Pleated Shades, Surround Sound, Storage under queen bed platform, Dry Bar Storage, Dual A/C Ducted, Microwave, AM/FM/Cassette, HD winegard antenna, no slideouts, new futon frame and mattress (pulls out to full size bed for 2), pullout card/activity table, swivel lounger, plenty of storage in queen master bedroom, dry bar storage area, tub and shower, fantastic fan (needs new switch), permanent mounted LP gas tank, basement storage, EXTREME WEATHER PACKAGE (heated holding tanks and spray foamed underside), full function level monitor. The MH has 6 NEW TIRES! ! ! Replaced 3 weeks ago with new rubber. New oil change 20 miles ago. Also, the dinette was removed to make room for a table/chairs (not included). New carpet and Allure Vinyl Plank Flooring in living area and dining area/bathroom. Furnace and dual ac units work as they should as does the water heater. The MH has 29988 total miles on it. Non-smoking owners without children. The generator has 83 hours total use. We are moving so we must sell this beautiful motorhome. Couple of notes: The frame work/arms for a 17" awning are there and attached but the original vinyl awning faded so badly that we removed it entirely. Since we rarely used the awning we haven"t replaced it (about $200 for new vinyl). There are normal dings (one photo shows a dent where a lawn mower hit the baggage door) and scratches for a motorhome of this age. This motorhome has a lot of life left in her but it is not perfect. The queen size mattress in the main bedroom DOES NOT sell with the motorhome has already been removed. It is available for inspection in Berrien Center, MI (near South Bend, INDIANA) with prior notice. We have a CLEAR MICHIGAN title in hand WITH OUR NAME ON IT. We will accept CASH or Wire transfer ONLY for the auction ( A $1000 paypal deposit is due within 24 hours of auction, remaining amount is cash/wire only) . Once payment is in hand, you get the keys, vehicle and title. Vehicle needs to be paid for and picked up within 5 days after close of auction unless you have contacted us prior. We can pick you up at the Kalamazoo, MI or South Bend, Indiana airport if you wish to fly in and drive it home. Vehicle is sold as-is, whereis, no warranty expressed or implied.
