Up for auction is a 1997 Gulf Stream Conquest 27ft Class C Motorhome/Mobile Office. There is no shower, toilet or vanity in the unit but has the plumbing and tanks for it. No generator- but has the 30 amp power cord to get 110 power. The engine is a 6.8L Triton V10 that runs great. The exterior is in nice shape for the year and the sides are good, straight and solid. The cab area has green colored cloth seats and carpeting with matching chair behind passengers seat and L shaped sofa with jack knife bed and a front sliding overhead bed for one 1 person. It has a spot for a TV and cabinets on each side. The ceiling has some stains but we have had rain and the roof has recently been sealed on the seams and is good. The kitchen is all there and has the dometic refrigerator which works great, 3 burner stove/oven, sink, countertop and microwave. It has a furnace and roof A/C. The bathroom still has the full door but a wall was put up where the shower would go, toilet has been removed and pipes capped off. At there rear there is a privacy accordion door to where the bedroom was where the office area is now. It has carpeting, multiple power outlets desk area, cabinets and 3 windows. The tires appear to be from 2013 and 1 from 2015 there are in good shape 16" with chrome wheel simulators. It has the power entry step too. This could be used for more than one business, it would be an idea for a food truck or catering if customized properly, mobile office as it was used for previously or turn it back to the motorhome it was originally and customize it yourself. The dry weight is 11,720 the GVW is: 14,050 lbs. The front area has power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, A/C, stereo, tilt, cruise and dual airbags. It has average wear from over the years but pretty good condition overall for the year of it. There are some stains on the carpet, also it has an awning that is in good shape and works.
