Vehicle description

I have not used my 97 Fleetwood in a couple of years and now the storage facility is remodeling and I have to move it. .so. .time to really move it. I started it every few months and drove it around the lot to get things lubed up BUT when I went there a few days ago, the battery was too week to turn it over so it needs to be jumped and or the battery charged. I honestly suggest you tow it (the plates are expired) to the RV dealer (Coastal) about 1 miles south and let them go through it unless you are a mechanic or at least mechanically inclined. First I will share what it has going for it and then what it doesn"t. It is a 36 footer with a 12 foot slider. Approximately 59900 miles Has the Chevy 454 big block. It has an Onan Emerald generator which has not been run in a couple of years. I have converted the LP tank so it can run off LP portable bottles or the regular LP tank. In other words you can camp quite a while and not need to drive to town to refill your coach LP tank. I am leaving two portable containers in it. I also added the choice of an electric water heater in addition to the LP water heater. Has a queen bed in the back with storage underneath and a fold out couch converts to a double and the dining table converts to a double. Sleeps 6. The refrigerator was replaced about 5 years ago. Has microwave and LP 4 burner stove. The carpet in the living room/Dining room was replaced about 5 years ago. The roof was redone about 5 years ago. Has TV"s front and rear with an digital box and remote controls. Bathroom has shower (with opening glass door) sink, commode and medicine cabinet as well as storage. Even a magazine rack. Lots of storage both inside and in the basement. All the sewer hoses and electrical hookups with extension cords are there. Hydraulic Levelers. It has had fuel storage solvent in it since I first stored it. I have replaced the fuel pump, and power steering pump. It still steers a little stiff and that may either be from non-use or low PS fluid. Another reason I think it needs to be checked by the garage.
It is dirty from sitting. But it is clean underneath the dirt. Just a hint, the best way to clean the fiberglass is a combination of Dawn, Bleach and water. Rinse quickly or it will streak from the top down. Before you take it a long way, you might think about tires. Sitting, dry rot can take a toll. They all still have air in them though. When the dry camping batteries gave out I did not replace them. I didn"t need them as I stayed at RV parks with hookups. Best mileage I ever got was 13 (on down)
If you have a parcel to put it on it would be a good fishing home or hunting home or I"m doing nothing this week end home.
I am selling it AS IS- WHERE IS It MUST be moved by 4/15/18
