97 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 36B. 72,601 miles. Motorhome is in above average condition. Has been well maintained. Many upgrades including power shade for driver and passenger, Magnum Energy ME-AGS-N Auto Generator Start, 4 cameras for lane change assist. New Blue Ox tow bar and Blue Ox Brake buddy. All storage doors have had assemblies changed. TireTraker TT-500 keeps accurate tire temp on all 8 tires plus 4 on the dingy. Generator has 316 hours and exhaust has been changed. Two TV’s have been upgraded. Motorhome has 1 large slide out, a double door refrigerator. Washer/Dryer, two propane heaters. The skylight in the shower has been replaced and new topper for slide out. Not many miles put on since brakes have been professionally replaced and lines flushed. Rear tag axle had new backing plates and brakes done 2020. All new belts and hoses done 2020. The roof has been sealed in 2019 and will need touchup.The Dinghy is a 2002 Saturn Sc1 with 130,000 miles. This is a one owner car that has been well maintained. Car runs good and has regular maintenance during the life of the car. Paint is good with some clear coat bubbles on rear spoiler. The blue ox braking system works great. It has been back to the factory for software updates and calibrations 2019
Tire are in great shape with few miles on them. Saturn also has new tires. Motorhome come with Windshield cover and side window covers as well and tire covers.
