Vehicle description
This motorhome is in very good condition. It is 36.5 feet long. It was built on a Ford F53 chassis with a Ford 460 cubic inch engine and a Ford E40D transmission.
The transmission was replaced by Ford about 2 years ago and has less than 5000 miles on it. The transmission has two coolers. One cooler is in the pan and the other in front of the radiator with an electric cooling fan. The fuel tank is 50 gallons. The 120 VAC is 30 amps. Six of the eight tires were replaced in July 2015. The two remaining older tires are on the tag axle and are in good condition. There is a spare tire. The main coach batteries and the chassis battery were serviced and load tested and are in good condition. The front engine driven air conditioning works very well. There is a working CB-weather radio. The hydraulic leveling jacks have recently been serviced with two of the four jacks being rebuilt in 2017.
There is a tow hitch and trailer light cable. The generator is an Onan Marquis 7000 (6.8kw) and it runs very well. It has less than 880 hours on it and was load tested in 2015. The black and grey water tanks are around 40 gallons each. The drinkable water is 50 gallons. The LP gas hot water heater works well. The 12 volt water pump has a connection for winterizing the water system. There are two air conditioners and they were recently cleaned and work well. The two LP gas furnaces work well. There are awnings on most of the windows and there is a large main awning. All are in good condition. The large slide out cover/awning was replaced in the Spring of 2017.
The double side by side refrigerator/freezer is a Dometic Elite. It runs on LP gas and 120VAC electric. The 3 burner LP gas stove has an oven. There is no ice maker currently installed in the freezer. The toilet was replaced in 2016. The interior lighting bulbs were replaced with LED lamps. There are two TV"s and a DVD-Blue Ray player. The TV"s are connected to a new roof top antenna and also have a cable TV plug-in capability. There is a built in washer-dryer that works well.
The sofa makes into a queen size bed and the dinette makes into a small double bed. There is a queen size bed with a two year old lightly used mattress in the aft bedroom.
The motorhome roof was recently cleaned and reconditioned using Dicor EDPM materials.
The maintenance records are available for the last two years. There are some older records. All maintenance is current.
The only thing that needs repair is a slightly fogged left side window. This motorhome when not in use, lives in an enclosed barn. I have this motorhome also listed in other locations and reserve the right to end this auction if the motorhome sells thru another source.
