Vehicle description
Has a Gas powered 454 Chevy Motor with 74,000 Miles. Runs and drives good. Roof and floors are solid. There was a bit of water leakage where the antenna and bathroom vent was so I removed the antenna and resiliconed those areas. Water Pump, Refrigerator, Microwave and generator are all working. The AC does work but the little switch on thermostat broke off and will need to be replaced. I have not tested the gas stove or heater I don’t know if it has propane in it or not. Added Accessories: Has a working security system with key fob. Has 20 power cord with 110 adapter plug Has spare tire, Bottle jack, and Tire tool Repairs done in 2020: Installed new Starter Installed new Batteries - main start battery and the 2 deep cycle golf cart batteries. Installed new carb kit in Onan generator. Pulled Fuel tank and cleaned tank and lined with poly tank liner. Installed new fuel pump and sending unit with new fuel filter sock. Flushed and cleaned fuel lines. Installed New Fuel Filter Removed the entire air intake and cleaned debris and cleaned paper air filter. Changed oil and filter. Visual Inspection of wiring and fuses. Installed new plug wires and spark plugs. Installed new distributor and cap and rotor. Auto Park break cylinder was rebuilt Applied new poly roof coating and sealed roof vents with silicone. - Removed and cleaned exhaust intake and installed new gaskets. Issues: Has an electric step that keeps trying to engage so I hit the battery disconnect switches everytime I park the coach to avoid battery drain. Tires are dry cracked and will need to be replaced. Cosmetics: has several cosmetic issues inside and out interior is all original - Plastic trim is badly cracked. Cleaning needed - I have cleaned it but it needs a much more detailed cleaning there is dirt and dead buggs can be seen on top of roof screen vents. The passenger side window is a double pane window and one pane is broken out - there is still some glass debris in window seal. This is not and issue for most because the window still closes fully no rain getting in. - see photos The engine has a tick to it that is quiets down after the motor heats up. I was told by a professional mechanic that its most likely a lifter hitting and may need a valve adjustment. Oil pressure is good Outside there are several light lenses that are broken off some trim pieces are missing. There is a hole on the right side rear where it may have scrapped against something during a left hand turn Fuel gauge is not working - I put the highest quality aftermarket fuel pump and sending unit in the fuel tank and for some reason the float arm is either not moving or the instrument cluster needle is stuck. It shows full all the time. - - - > I just put 80 gallons($190.00) of fresh Non-Ethanol Fuel in it because of this fuel issue so the future buyer will be able to drive and log mileage to know when to fill up again. Generator starts and runs well, has 351 Hours, has new aftermarket carb, but recently when I have it running, I have no power to the coaches outlets or microwave. Im sure this is not a major issue but Im not sure whats causing that. I know the generator feeds power to a AC converter thats under the coach - it has 2 visible fuses that I have not checked. When I re-siliconed roof vents I just added additional silicone. You may need to have a professional re-seal vents and remove previous silicone to do the job correctly. I am 260# and could not easily access roof vents. I have some additional Poly roof coating that I will include if you wanted to apply additional coats. Tire size are 225 70R19.5 it takes 6 of them - buyer may want to change these out before attempting to set out on a long trip. The tires are up and holding air at a steady 70 PSI but I would not trust them for extended use. Please see all photos and zoom.
