1997 Fleetwood Bounder, 32 Foot, ChassisFord F-53
I"ve owned this RV for six year, driven to Maryland to Maine and back 15 times in the summer heat. Kids are in college now, time for new owner. Solid highway driver, strong generator and central AC even in the toughest Maryland heat. Comfortable for long period with 4 adults.
Priced to sell, it takes up a lot of room in my driveway! It"s getting old but I"m sure has many long trips left, the engine just runs and runs. Generator rebuilt and 2012 and used often since.
Master bedroom with full bed, more internal dresser space and outdoor storage than a family with 4 kids ever needed. Full bathroom, with gas hot water furnace. Gas central heating.

*Roof redone 2009 and 2015
*Main Battery and Deep Cycle Replaced 2012
*Tune Up 2016, Transmission serviced, cooling serviced, AC charged
Issues
*Level Jacks low level alarm faulty, could be low fluid
*Side Windows foggy
*Stairs do not work (sometimes they do)
*Ladder cracked
