You are looking at a 1997 Dodge Ram 3500 Roadtrek RV Conversion Van 190 Popular. This unique conversion van is a completely self-contained RV with all of the comforts of a motorhome in a smaller size. It has everything a larger RV has with a integrated roof A/C, generator, natural gas tank, water tanks, a full kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower and can sleep up to 4. It has a Dodge 360 with an automatic transmission. It runs and drives very good with no mechanical problems. It has good tires and the body is in good shape with average wear and no damages. It does have prior paint work. The interior is clean and in good shape. We checked out all of the appliances and everything seems like it turns on and works, and the plumbing has been winterized. It"s cold here so it"s hard to tell how cold the A/C gets, but it feels like it works, but may need charged. We powered the fridge and it appears to get cold. The Onan generator is located under the van. It works and powers everything well, but it runs a little bit rough and may need a tune-up. It does have a propane tank and hot water heater. The factory tank has been replaced with a commercial tank, and it works well and the hot water heats up. This RV is over 20 years old and will probably need some things looked at to get it ready to go camping. It does run very well and has decent miles and is in very good shape for its age and use.
