This is an absolutely fine mini motorhome. Every feature is operational. It has been very well maintained. It has a complete owner"s manual. There are two small seam separations in the front seats and a small dent in the rear fiberglass. The engine has been very well maintained, with frequent oil changes. There is an Onan 2.8 generator with a separate heavy duty battery. There is a 3 way Dometic refrigerator with a freezing compartment, 120 volt microwave oven, a two burner propane range, an Atwood 16,000 btu propane furnace, a 120 volt electric furnace, and a 11,000 btu Duotherm roof top air conditioner. the bathroom has a shower and sink and a china flush toilet. There is a 6.2 gallon hot water heater, a 40 gallon propane tank, a Fantastic fan, a 30 amp converter, total ground fault outlets, towing hitch with 4000lb. capacity, and Hellwig accessory leaf springs. There are new tires and a new radiator. It has a macerator for waste water dumping. The engine is the large 5.9 L. It never boggs down going up mountain highways.
