I just got back from labor day weekend doing a 750 mile round trip. .you can drive this anywhere. GM P-10 truck and bus chassis, with 454 gas engine and allison trans. We have owned this Motorhome since 2001. unlike some owners, we used it regularly, every year. .several times per year. here is a list of features. -3 new batteries 5 months ago. -new brakes, calipers, rotors, 3 WEEKS ago. - Roof AC works great-propane furnace w/thermostat control, works like new. 3 burner stovetop w/oven- overhead microwave oven.- cassette stereo with front and rear speakers- Front AC TV. - rear DC TV with digital box. .so you can watch without AC plug in or generator running. All dc lights work, as well as outside coach lights, and markers.-4000 watt onan genrator. -tires are 8 years old with 30k miles, and should last another 5 years easy. -trailer brakes controller on dash/ reese hitch, with wiring hookup in rear (all used frequently, and in good order). Sleeps 6. . couch folds into bed, and dinette turns into bed, plus full size bed in back. Cruise control works excellent.- tilt steering. -Tons of "basement storage. bathroom with full shower, and sink/mirror. - toilet is in its own separate room. 10 gal hot water heater. Thats the good news. .but in 23 years a few things no longer work, here"s the list. Auto stairs need fixed, front AC "engine air", tank level sensors dont work (manual check is easy) Awning has tears, roof needs to be sealed @ air conditioner before winter. NADA low value is 12k, we are listing for 7,800 buy it now, (honestly you cant buy a camper van for this much) or MAKE AN OFFER, we will entertain offers. We require payment by bank transfer or cash.
