| “ Mechanically good condition. Very nice coach to travel cross country or live in. Needs clear coat on exterior above bay compartments (shown in closeup side view picture). Started removing clear coat on driver side where it had started bubbling. There is some peeling on the side we did not start removing clearcoat. Needs some carpet ceiling cleaned or replaced in bedroom and bathroom from leak from shower skylight that was repaired (see picture). A couple of chipped floor tile (see pictures). Some rock dings on front of coach. Some entry door bubbling (see picture). Coach needs clearcoat/ redo. Cloth wrapped on entrance handle is for acrylic protection from sunlight. Acrylic on handle is new. Coach is SMOKE FREE but we have a Maltipoo dog that does not shed and is house broken. NO ODORS OF ANY KIND. See pix of window- weatherstrip/bead has gotten wavy from the heat on a couple of windows. ” |
