Well earlier this morning this was in perfect condition. Then as I was setting it up to air out and get it ready to list it; I preceded to hook my truck"s trailer hitch on the rear bed slide out"s canvas and tear it. It is repairable or it can be easily replaced.
So I"m not in the best of moods at the moment, but my loss can be your gain. It is very well maintained, everything works as it should and every surface is solid.
Besides the obvious canvas damage, the top ABS shell needs to be repaired. The crank up gears need replacing. All cables and pully systems work perfectly as I raised and lowered this by hand to take the photos. Two interior cabinet doors should be replaced as seen in the last photo. Those are this pop up"s only issues. As the photos show this unit is NICE.
The interior is immaculate. Cushions & mattresses are in new condition. The stove and sink appear brand new, Hydro Flame propane furnace, and Norcold 110/propane refrigerator-also like new.
Potable water tank flushed. All trailer lights work perfectly. Dual on board propane tanks. 30 amp service plug in. 7 pin trailer harness connector.
Wheel bearings roll effortlessly and hubs were cool to the touch after towing it 50 miles yesterday. Tires are in good condition-the spare has rim damage and needs replacing.
I planned on starting the listing at $850 but because I damaged the rear canvas I"ve reduced it to only $500. There is no reserve.
A $400 deposit via PayPal is required within 24 hours of the end of auction, and the trailer must be paid in full and removed within 3 days from the end of auction. Per my fiancée (she is the boss).
Title is clean and a Connecticut bill of sale will be provided to the winning bidder.
I am also offering this for sale locally, but will end that once a bid has been placed.
