Engine runs good.
Good: tires, spare tire, electric entry step, backup camera, A/C, propane heat, water pump, toilet, propane tank, black tank, gray tank, fresh water tank, stove, oven, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, shower, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, inside and outside lights, cabinets, closets, seats, door, ceiling vents, bathroom electric vent.
Issues: Water leak near water control value panel - we turn off pump when not in use. Water heater does not work. Torn fabric on sofa, and kitchen table seat cushion. All blinds OK, except for two that don"t work well.
Clean title.
