Vehicle description

1997 Coachman Mirada, 29500 miles, about 1000 miles on 7 new tires( including spare), backup camera, 5kw Onan generator, tank heater, 460 Ford chassis, winterized, full gas tank ( 80 gallons I think), full propane tank, swiveling front seats, separate vanity , microwave, Dometic 2 way fridge, big pile of manuals and service records, pull out couch and dinette, no leaks or history of leaks, engine compartment and whole underside of coach looks great, remote battery disconnect switches, motorized step, runs and drives well. Only issues that I am aware of are listed below.
Issues
Bit of a loud muffler- Could easily be ignored but not as quiet as it could be
Generator needs repair- starts and runs fine but you must hold throttle with your finger. I have done some troubleshooting and am fairly confident that it needs a governor pc board ( think they are about $250 aftermarket)
Rear outside ladder is a little bent up- previous owner probably backed into something with it, probably not climbable unless fixed
When I went to pull the drain plug from the water heater ( to winterize) I found that it was missing. My guess is that previous owner intended to replace plug and anode rod but never got around to it ( he said he never used hot water) and the bypass valves are set to route around it, so it does not leak from the missing plug or anything
Crack in the shower wall plastic paneling( about 4 inches long)- don"t know if it would cause a problem or if it could just be ignored
I never tried to open the awning. They sort of scare me
I bought this several months ago in anticipation of a trip that never happened. The previous owner drove it about 100 miles to deliver it to me and I have put about 100 miles on it just driving it around town and on the thruway. I really don"t need it and would like it to get a new happy home. I think I have covered everything but contact me with any questions. Thanks for looking!
