Let me start with the bad Exhaust leak on passenger side manifold. front left tire is still good but needs replaced within next 20k, passenger wheel bearing was replaced and due to that it cause tire wear to drivers tire. previous water damage on ceiling but NO LEAKS AT ALL. we have never used the shower. Table was removed
The good 99K MILES Runs and drives and shifts good. AC AND HEAT WORK Tires are In good shape and have been replaced in past 2 years. All ORIGINAL PAPER WORK and service receipts since purchased new. NO ROOF LEAKS Leveling Jacks work clear title. ONAN GENERATOR, YES IT WORKS GREAT RV WAS DRIVEN FROM South Carolina 9 HOURS TO WHERE ITS AT RIGHT NOW. I don"t see it have any trouble making it anywhere. We were quoted 680 dollars to repair the exhaust leak, we have not done that.
We were going to use it as an airbnb set up on our land and just haven"t had time to build it out the way we wanted to. We have several tiny homes and cabin homes that we"ve been occupying our time with. ANY QUESTIONS DONT HESITATE TO ASK, I WILL SEND MORE PHOTOS OR ANYTHING YOU NEED.
