Great working condition spent most of its life in fla In the winter. I bought it to help out a friends older relative who lost her husband suddenly. This is a 7.5 L fuel injected FORD engine ! Does not have the dreaded AUTO BRAKE GM has, I had one of those nightmares Boo. I had it surveyed to see what it needed repaired. The house water pump and generator fuel pump were replaced along with the inverter and charger. I had oil and filter changed. The Leveling Jacks work great. It has one large slide out. Took it for a 300 mile weekend overnight trip and all is well. Air works as well as heat. The large slide-out works OK. Generator had an oil change with filter works OK. The RV was used and there is some wear but its very usable not dirty. Did not try washer you need a full 30 amp hookup to use it. Below is a list of repairs I did or have paperwork showing dates it was done. This is a very cheap way to go traveling or stay in the warm during winter. Looks like a newer RV at a great price. I think it is a great RV to start out with. Comes with auto tow bar system and tow brake reg. Has the third axel to make the ride better. THE PREVIOUS OWNERS ,for 19 years, WERE OLDER AND HAD NO KIDS TRAVLING WITH THEM! Newer roof Air conditioner up front I think it’s different, both work Awnings are great condition Chassis Air works great Led lights inside Ready for a trip anywhere, oil changed There are some dents and scrapes from use and a new door on generator compartment. The carpet is faded and stained, but seats are great. 2 windows have lost gas seal but do not leak water. Starts right up and drives like a new RV no rattles or banging .
