This is a 4 season Travel Trailer- -New tires, new electric brakes, New bearings, New races, New hubs, New Brake shoes I also put new bevels gears for the landing gears I have the receipts for all the brake work- - 3 total slide outs bedroom 1, and 2 slide outs for living room. Double refrigerator with ice boxes - 1 ice maker . Washer dryer combo, Ceiling fan in living room, queen bed has a nice thick mattress in good shape, living room has hide-a -bed. Radio sound through-out trailer The air conditioner is under trailer (factory ) very quite and it will freeze you out in the summer, All running light work. It has a canvas cover but I never un rolled it .The pre owner said it has a tear on it that they never repaired it. I bought it in 2017 and the wife got ill and can"t get up into it to camp so even thou we never got to camp in it I"m taking a loss but your gain. With a little work you"ll have a beautiful 5th wheel .- If buyer sets up shipping I"ll work with that buyer to see it"s picked up. I live 7 miles to the interstate .
