Sadly for us and good news for you is a really really nice 1996 Winnebago Rialta 20 foot self contained motor home. It has a special factory gold paint job that is as shiny as a new penny. It is the most sought after model with the double bed in the left rear. The car fax that goes back 20 years shows only a very minor amount of small repairs such as a brake light switch replacement in 2005. The report also details excellent and regular maintenance . Between 66,000 miles and the current 82,100 miles precautionary maintenance included new brake cylinders, brakes, brake fluid, wheel bearings, and drive belts. More recently new new spark plug wires, transmission flushed, new water pump, and new A/C compressor. The cab and coach A/C both blow icy cold. The refrigerator works as new, and all other systems work as designed. The previous owner spent a lot of time boondocking so the coach has 2 regular deep cycle batteries plus a third much bigger battery. You should never run out of battery in this rig as all the interior bulbs are LEDs. If you wanted to run the TV and VCR a simple inverter would do the trick. As the photos show, this RV has a custom roof rack, ladder, and pod for extra storage. Like many Rialtas, this has a Generac generator. The hour meter shows 35 hours and since it had little use and obviously was not run every two weeks as recommended, it will start but will only run for a short time. I think any really good small engine mechanic could get it going again. The coach engine starts right up, no smoke and does not use excessive oil, which was just changed. It will be hard to find as nice a Rialta as this that gets 14-15 miles per gallon. You may bid with confidence that you have found one of the best. Comes with a Rialta owner and maintenance manuals.
