We are selling our beauty of a coach - it"s been fantastic for us, but we moved here recently and just had a baby and need something different for us.
Someone is going to get a fantastic deal. This baby is valued at over $20,000- FULLY LOADED.
So, I"ll just tell you the updates we made and the very minor issues with it.
Runs great and has been very reliable! (Only 40k original miles)
Updates:
- We put new shocks on the rear (both sides) less than 300 miles ago - helped a ton!
- We installed NEW FLOORING AND CARPET in the front room. No damage just wanted to remodel a bit.
- We put in a new passenger side windshield (it was cracked when we bought it)
- We installed a Roku smart TV instead of the old 1996 tv that was in there.
- We took out the old kitchen dining chairs and t he old chair across from the couch in the picture I recently removed as well - just opens up that space.
- I installed a projector and shade in the back bedroom. You can keep that also.
Issues:
Drivers windshield is cracked - price reflects this
Some cosmetic dings and a missing side panel on the outside of the coach.
Automatic Leveling System isn"t working.
Some of the interior needs a bit of fixing (minor things like drawer slides and hinges - but it"s in fantastic shape otherwise)
Other:
HOT water heater - does really well
Good Tires (you"ll need a new spare - but the one that"s on there will work in case of emergency)
Lots of lighting
Fold out couch
Clean title
