1996 Tropi-Cal 36" Motor home only 38183 miles
Up for your consideration is a 1996 Tropi-Cal 36" motor home with dinette and sofa bed slide out in very nice condition through out, no children or pets.
This is a 3 owner motor home and I have owned this motor home for the last 7 years and the wife and I have only gone on short trips, the longest being 400 miles. The previous 2 owners are friends of mine and this motor home has never been hurt or abused in any way and always maintained properly.
Some of the particulars
The original decals were removed approximately 10 years ago by the second owner as they were dis-coloring and not looking very good. The white finish shows well with only a couple of very small blemishes. All wheel covers are very nice with no curb rash. The slide out works perfectly along with the leveling jacks. Plenty of outside storage and a couple of compartments go through side to side.
The interior is in beautiful condition . The seats and the original carpeting have always been covered and show like new. All wood trim is beautiful and all drawers, cabinets and closets are in like new condition .
Bathroom is very nice and clean . The interior looks like it has never been slept in and should also be mentioned there has never been any smoking.
The drive train consists of the Chevrolet 454 CID-7.4 Litre V-8 EFI complimented with the overdrive automatic transmission. Both perform flawlessly with no issues. Also, the generator performs great with no issues.
