YOUR LOOKING A VERY NICE 1996 THOR CHATEAU 5TH WHEEL RV. THE CAMPER OVERALL IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND EVERYTHING SEEMS TO WORK WHEN A BATTERY IS HOOKED UP. SLIDE OUT GOES IN AND OUT EASILY. THE CAMPER DOES NEED SOME TLC AS THERE IS SOFT SPOTS/ MINOR LEAKAGE IN THE BATHROOM, AROUND THE DOOR, AND ABOVE WHERE THE GOOSENECK GOES OVER THE BED OF THE TRUCK. BUT THE FLOOR AND EVERYTHING ELSE CHECKS OUT. NORMAL COSMETICS WITH THESE RVS. BUT OTHER THAN THAT I PULLED IT 5 HOURS HOME NO PROBLEMS. TIRES SEEM TO HAVE ABOUT 40% LIFE LEFT. OVERALL A NICE CAMPER.
