At only twenty five foot long, it is the perfect combination of diesel power, fuel economy (up to19mpg!) and efficient space that allows this smaller motorhome to handle with ease and park where many motorhomes won"t go.With a full size bathroom and sleeping for four, I don"t know how you can go wrong! Only 177 hours on the 3.6K Onan propane gen-set. Very nice clean interior with no tears in the upholstery. We"ve included some photos showing under the driver"s door and cab corner to indicate how solid and rust-free these sections are, which is not always the case. The undercarriage just has some surface rust, nothing major and no holes. There have been repairs to the overhead cab from a former small leak, but don"t let that scare you off; it"s repaired and not leaking.Upgrades include an outside shower and stove, a full awning, new tires, LED lights, and an instant hot water heater.
