My wife and I recently purchased this Roadtrek (on a Dodge 3500 body) a few months ago. We love it, but unfortunately due to me medically separating from the Navy on short notice, we no longer have the time to continue upgrades or the space to keep it. Before we bought it, it was used by a church in Myrtle Beach to shuttle members of the congregation to Charleston and back.
- The exterior is in very good condition. - We had an inspection of the engine performed by Palmetto RV and Marine back in August. The engine runs very well for a 1996 vehicle. - We have caulked the interior windows to fix minor rain leakage.
Needs some work on: - The fan for air intake and exhaust on the ceiling needs replaced, or refurbishment. - A/C unit at the back of van needs looked at(might just be a battery problem). The van’s A/C off the dashboard works perfectly fine. - The 12v battery for recreational use will need to be replaced or refurbished in order to provide power when not connected to a hookup. - Some of the exterior window rubber lining will need to be replaced for long term leak prevention.
Original manuals and detailed maintenance history papers are also included. This would be the perfect weekend camping vehicle for hunters, outdoor adventurers, or a family on the road.
