Complete OUT FRAME! 2,73761 miles since the rebuild. Reman block, reman CrankShaft, New Camshaft,new oil pump,oil cooler, water pump, power steering pump, overhaul kit, rear differential bearing done on 10/10/2014 (odo 1,524268). I have ALL THE PAPERWORK! Repair/work history as followed: 10/13/2014 rear suspension new bushings 07/18/2015 New Holset Turbo replaced 12/28/2015 Air dryer assembly replaced (Bendix) 06/09/2016 New cab mounts. 07/08/2016 #5 Injector replaced. 07/08/2016 New kingpins. 09/17/2016 Hood pivot bushing. 09/20/2016 Front suspension bushing. 01/21/2017 Brand new Hood hinges. 11/11/2017 all remaining Injectors replaced along with plastic electric connectors. 06/28/2017 middle differential rear yolk replaced. Carrier bearing replaced 5 months ago. Brand new Horton Fan clutch replaced summer 2016. All air bags including cab replaced 2016 All Shock absorbors replaced 2 months ago. All rear brake chambers replaced 3-4 months ago. Brand new batteries 4 months ago. Brand new CLUTCH (Eaton, 1860 Torque) 6 months ago. Brand New Cummins Air Compressor 6 months. All 6 Brakes, Drums,wheel seals, and ALL U-Joints replaced summer 2016.
20" Eagle Cut chrome bumper, Rock wood stainless steel grille, 9" fiberglass cab and sleeper body kit, shaved top cab with fiber glass Bow Tie visor with 9 LED ID lamps, 6" fiber glass custom fenders, fiber glass Air dam, fiber glass battery covers, 8" Lincoln Chrome mitered exhaust pipes, VICTOR steering wheel, wooden armrest/door handles, front dual 359 style LED stainless steel head lights, JJ LED blinker bars, JJ headlight brackets, Rear catwalk with aluminum Diamond plate, all the interior cabin LED lights, upgraded sound system (speakers and stereo) LED brake lights, LED front and back breather lights.
Bought this truck in NON-working condition and restored it from the ground up.Both inside and outside has been restored including interior and paint job, chrome and accessories. Runs great without any problems. Original HP was rated at 435 and upgraded to 460. It can go up to 525HP with 1850 Torque transmission or 500 with the current transmission with 1650 torque.
Driver side window Crank/regulator needs to be replaced.
