Only 108hrs on gen.GM454 V8, Allison Automatic Transmission, Heavy Duty rear differential.Rare dual 6V(in series 12V) house batter pack(See photo). Only the 31" had this standard. Low 66.5k miles, lightly used California motor home. Full service records since 1999. Major Service Jan. 2019 totaling $4700: Oil and Filter change, Flush/Add new engine coolant. Flush and fill power steering fluid. Flush and fill and bleed brake fluid and lines. Remove, clean, seal, install and adjust generator carburetor. Mount balance and install all new tires. Install new wiper blades. Install new chassis battery. Service JUL. 2020: Install 2 new 6V house batteries totaling $500. Batteries are fully charged and at full capacity(see picture). All major house systems work, generator, heater, A/C, propane stove, dual power refrigerator/freezer(runs on propane or 120VAC), automatic slide out entry step. Things that need attention: Chassis A/C doesn"t work(may need a re-charge). skylight in bedroom has minor leak. parking brake hold in latch doesn"t latch parking brake in. Rollout awning needs some TLC. All in all, great motor home for the more price sensitive buyer.
