This motor home was recently inspected by an experienced motor home mechanic in our area and also passed fire and sheriff inspections.
Mechanic"s Report:
- There is a soft area in the ceiling in the back of the motor home from previous roof leakage. The leak has been patched with Dicore and contained at this time. Rubber roof will eventually need to be replaced or recovered sometime in the near future. - There are two areas where water leaked in around windows and has damaged the wall paper and 1st thin layer of plywood. Everything underneath is very solid. Some windows should be resealed. - Circular, baseball size crack in front window and window needs rubber seal. - All in all a great motor home. Looks good, Starts good, Runs good, Easy to Maneuver, Drives Smoothly down the road with Plenty of Power. With a little TLC you could have a tremendous motorhome.
