we are buying a new motorhome,so we need to sale this one.this is a great running ,strong 300 hp cummins diesel and an allison automatic trans.starts quick and likes to run.the front tires are just over a year ols and the rest are in great shape,lots of tread on them.the basement has 4 nice slideouts for easy acces to your stuff.all the basement doors have new latches and locks keyed alike.headlights are led.2 ac"s with heat strips.i was in florida in september and the ac"s worked great.2 new covers on the ac units.new step motor and controls.new leveling valves and unloader valve.the interior is in great shape,queen size bed with lots of storage all over.washer dryer combo.nice shower with glass door.corian counters bath and kitchen.very lg refrig,gas and electric.works great.seperate ice maker.3 burner gas stove ,convection microwave.true hardwood floor.jacknife couch.recliner new 32" dvd flatscreen. tv.many more ammenities.the roof has leaked at one time in the past,it was fixed and has not leaked since we have had it.ceiling is discolored.i have some roof seal and special caulk for it. .on my last trip the generator quit producing,pulled into a service shop,they did a quick check and said it looked like the mother board went out.it is a great starter rv,has a few minor issues but is a solid unit ready to have fun in.i have the title.
