1996 Monaco Dynasty Baron Motorhome 38’ length 76k miles 300hp 8.3 cummins turbo diesel with Jake brake 6-speed Allison transmission Onan Kubota diesel generator - 7.5KW Aluminum bud rims with Michelin xza-1 24.5 tires at 80% tread This motorhome was very well cared for until a short in the wiring caused a fire behind the refrigerator. Please note that there is significant fire damage to the interior. Also, it burned a small area in the roof so it will need to be repaired. I purchased it to remodel but I am not finding the time. This is essentially a one owner motorhome with great maintenance history. Clean title in hand, not salvaged! Great opportunity to remodel to suit new owners or gut it and make a huge food truck. I drove this over an hour home, runs and drives great. The original owner paid 168k for this RV.
