This camper is 31.9ft long & weighs 4740lbs. These pictures are all recent, the camper floors were rock solid with no soft spots detected, also the ceilings were clean of any stains which means there are no water leaks detected either. The interior can used a good cleaning but it does not stink nor did i see any mold. It"s just alot of clutter that the donor is including with the camper so what is in there is extra & yours with the camper. . A nice cleanout for & full wash & powerwash will make this RV pretty much ready to camp in. I am not sure what works & what doesn"t work but i see there is a full galley with a refrigerator, gas stove & oven, microwave oven, stereo, TV, sink , AC/Heat, full head with sink, shower, toilet. dinette table with bench seats, various cushions that i am sure go to these seats, front of camper is a bed, might be full size? many cabinets & a closet, in the back of the camper is a bunkhouse to sleep children, there are alot of stuff in there so i can really see if there is a bed or foldable bed, appears to be a ton of cabinets & drawers for storage, looks like the back window is shattered but not broken through. There is dual propane bottles on the tongue of the trailer, not sure if lights are working or not, I think this is a 2" ball for towing. Camper has two doors & an awning, not sure of the awning condition. Tires are fully inflated. The donor is looking for the title, if they can"t find it, they will order a replacement title from the DMV. Be advised, this camper is on top of a steep driveway so you will need the proper tow vehicle to handle this!.
