It is with a sad heart that we are listing our motorhome. We found that not all of the family is fond of traveling, so it needs to find a family who can use it. We are only the second owners. In 2015 we bought this very well kept unit from the original owners who had spent the first 20 years of their retirement exploring the country. They did an amazing job of keeping it in great shape. It was stored each winter indoors until I bought it. The interior is very clean, without a stain, rip, tear or wear. There is a queen bed in back with a 4" memory foam over a standard mattress. The sofa and dinette also fold out for sleeping for two, each with it"s own memory foam topper. There is a lot of storage space inside to keep everything from underfoot or flying through the interior while driving. The glass shower is large with a skylight above. Underneath the "basement" has an enormous amount of storage space with 3 pass through tunnels. The chassis is a Chevrolet P30 with a 454 and 4 speed automatic transmission. It runs like a top, does not burn or use oil and stays cool even in the desert. All of the RV systems work as they should with the exceptions listed below. The dual zone vented air conditioning works very well. The 5000 kw generator only has 281 hours.This is a turn key unit that is ready to go. I have pulled a 7000lb trailer at times with no problem. What"s new:
New 1000 amp inverter installed inside for a/c power while on the road. Keeps the kids happy with TV and video games.
New toilet installed this past fall.
New awning with hardware installed this fall. Second one in two years. Darn wind storms. I also kept the two old awnings that can be used to make an add-a-room or use as a floor for tents.
New shocks all around installed when we bought it.
New brake master cylinder installed in 2015.
Complete roof replacement in 2015 ($5300) including replaced all vents, fans and covers.
Included is the Tailgater gas grill I bought in 2015. It fits snug in a compartment and hooks directly to the units LP system.
Needs in the future:
Front springs have after market air bags that are wore out. Don"t need them, but they would help the ride.
The generator does not start using the two interior switches. must start from outside. I fixed it once by cleaning switch module, but that no longer fixed it.
The electric steps needs a new motor.
The exterior is in good shape, but there are some spots the clear coat is pealing off of the darker paint.
The motor has the typical 454 slight exhaust leak. Does not effect performance. I can arrange delivery for a reasonable distance.
I do not need help selling. Sale will be cash or bank check in person only. Scammers stay away.
