Vehicle description
1996 Georgie Boy Pursuit 26 ft Class A Motorhome with only 95,000 miles on the 7.4L Chevy engine. I am the second owner and since purchasing this in 2010 I had the 4L80 transmission rebuilt by AAmco, replaced the heads on the motor due to broken exhaust bolts and had the rear differential replaced. It had a new rubber roof and new vents installed in 2013 and does not leak to the best of my knowledge. Central Heat, Air Conditioner, propane/100v fridge, water heater (new in 2010), microwave, Stove/Oven and Kohler generator all work as they should. Some minor delamination on the drivers side of the coach. Good tires. Currently has 3 bunks in rear as well as a fold down table and pull out couch. I put over 20,000 miles on this RV as we took this down the east coast as far as Key West and New Orleans, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smokey Mountains, Niagara Falls, and used this camper almost every weekend from opening weekend in mid April till the last campground closing in late October for over 5 years including an annual trip to Myrtle Beach from Connecticut every year. Then in 2015 we moved to Myrtle and with all my kids now grown with jobs and girlfriends/boyfriends they were no longer able to go. We used it as a guest house in the back yard for a couple years when the kids visited until we were told we couldn"t keep it on the property any longer so it went to a storage lot about 2 years ago. Hate to see it go, but we just aren"t using it anymore and want a smaller one for our retirement travels. The last 2 times I drove it was the 750 miles from CT in 2015 (with NO problems) and the 5 miles to the storage lot in 2019.
Since it has been sitting for a while I am selling it AS-IS. I am confident you can drive it home but I am sure it will need to be gone through. I will put a new battery in it before the buyer comes to get it.
Vehicle is Located in the Socastee area of Myrtle Beach SC and buyer is responsible for pickup.
$500.00 Deposit is expected within 48 hours via Paypal and the balance by Cash or Certified Check.
I have a clean Connecticut Title (never got around to registering it here in SC)
