I am selling my 1996 Fleetwood Southwind Storm Class A coach. I hate to, but due to fighting with the government for disability benefits, I"m having to get rid of her and get a smaller, cheaper one. I have been a full time RVer for the past two years, and Serenity has been my home. I have included the NADA price breakdown for it so you can see that you"re gonna get a great deal! (And I should still have enough to get a smaller one, and have living expense money for the next couple months till the government gets their act together! !)
I have a clear NM title.
She runs perfectly, and I wouldn"t be afraid to drive her anywhere in the country as she sits. Everything works as it should, and she looks real good for a 96. .(She looks real good for a 2006, but she"s a 96!) I"d say she"s above average retail, but I"m pricing her at below low average retail.
Other than faded paint, and a few scratches, the only problems with her are the cables for the waste tanks need to be replaced, but there"s a third valve, so they still don"t leak. A couple of the lights inside don"t work (Dome lights, and light over kitchen, but both are easy fixes. Dome lights, I"m pretty sure is just a fuse, but not 100%) The cover on the roof AC is cracked and busted up some, and there are a couple of storage doors underneath that are missing the latches. They close securely, and I just open em with channel locks. .But they are easily replaced. And the awning is trash. The hardware is good, but the fabric is garbage.
Absolutely nothing wrong with the Chevy 454 or the rest of the drive train. Great tires, and she has a tow hitch.
