Vehicle description
Owned for 6 years. Bought from dealer in California. Bought with 74K miles on it. Now has 80k miles. Nada has this RV for $15k. Reserve is set for $10k.
Ford V8 460 engine. Has BANKS powerpack (headers), which gives you more HP and better fuel mileage. Has K&N air filter also. Tilt steering, cruise control, dash A/C. Front seats swivel around to face living room. Queen size bed in back. Put full size SERTA queen matress in when bought 5 years ago.
Entire RV has screens and blinds. Ducted gas furnace. Dual roof a/c units. Solar panels.
Onan 5000 Gas generator. Rear latter, spare tire, and hitch for towing. Comes with full set of owners manuals. Has 3 leveling jacks controlled from cockpit.
Has a type of air ride suspension but it is not adjustable and is air bags and does smooth out ride.

Side awning has been partially removed and torn awning removed also. All parts are there if new awning material is purchased to be installed again.
All tires replaced on 12/14/2015. Maybe 5k miles on them. Front end alignment completed 3 years ago before being parked. It was pulling to the right. Alignment shop advised it may be the "safe steer" system installed which is a type of shock installed on steering that may be worn and causing the pull. They advised it could be easily removed. I never did drive the RV on the freeway after getting it aligned to check. Been parked ever since.
Both coach batteries were replaced 2 years ago. Solar panels work great keeping batteries trickle charged. Ford V8 460 fires up every time with no issues. Banks exhaust headers on both sides. There is a exhaust leak on the passenger side. This also causes check engine light to illuminate for rich condition passenger side. Never caused a driveablility issue. Fridge works decent. Never did use the stove or oven but they did work.
Water heater is missing the drain plug but worked when winterized. Front windshield wipers have adapter installed to allow common wipers to be attached easily. All 4 front headlights were replaced 5 years ago. Roof recently resealed with Hengs rubber sealant - 2 coats. Air conditioners work, but cooling is poor and need a recharge. Has 5 disc CD changer but never worked for me. In dash Pioneer radio and CD player works good though. Main center TV broke and was removed - figured I put in a flat screen to replace but never did. Water system was winterized before parked. Carpet is in very good shape considering the age. Upholstery is in great shape. Trim is broken or peeling inside and out here and there due to aging. Linoleum is peeling back near the fridge.
Sold as is due to being parked for couple years.
