Vehicle description
1996 Fleetwood Bounder 36S, with 0 available now!
I bought the thing a few years ago as a first RV. Replaced all the tires, had the generator serviced, pulled the old radio and installed a smart popup (apple play enabled) DIN with backup camera, replaced the two TV"s (smart Alexa tv"s), installed wifi (you will need to provide a sim card), 6 tire pressure monitors with remote display, lots of bells and whistles, etc.
My family and I took the thing from Los Angeles, through the Grand Canyon, through Vegas, up to Northern California, Monterey Bay, out to the Colorado River, Camping in Sequoia, have had friends use it, and let guests stay in it when they"re in town. It"s great for what it is. We"ve taken another couple with their two kids out for a week in it, and it slept 4 adults and 4 kids (tightly). The Two AC units work, no issues with the engine.
The prior owner had it stored out in Apple Valley for 5-6 years before I bought it, there"s some old water damage from a (now fixed) roof leak. This would be a great starter RV, or a semi-permanent home if necessary. The gray and black water tanks work (no leaks), the water reserve tank is fine, the Propane tank is 3/4 full, and it"s ready to go.
The central heater unit has not worked in 15 years (from what I was told), and we"ve never needed it in Southern California. But from what understand it"s a $1000 fix if you really needed it. There"s a CB radio with antenna, for those who still know how to use them.
I"ve had several offers on it in the past, but wasn"t looking to sell. I"m looking to get a smaller one, as I"ve come to realize that I don"t have space for it at my place (live in LA City). NON-SMOKER OWNED. No musty odors either.
Message me with any questions you have, or if you need additional pictures of something.
