1996 Fleetwood flair 27r 72k miles 454 chevy big block motor interior very nice condition exterior is nice but could use a cleaning solid rv . the good is there s no water damage on the walls floors or anything or any delamination or bubbling on the outside and it does not leak it has a perfect floor plan and is easy to handle. it sat in the yard for a few months as I bought it last year. I just put front calipers and brake lines on it runs drives stops and shifts good. I drove this rv from Michigan to cincinnati and it ran fine its still wintered. all the lights an everything light up and all the pipes and everything look good but have not been test but im bout 100 percent this thing is as solid and fuctionable as any , it belonged to an older man that took good care of it I recently ceiled the roof all away around and around what needed so it is all ready to go. I also have new front tires for it but did not install. its really nice what you see is what you get. I haven"t really used it drove it around town it is realiable. motor runs real smooth trans shifts good doesn"t smoke or leak oil. its a very nice sleeper. just needs a cleaning and everything gone through thuro im giving a good deal but not giving it away. its very solid and I think its very nice if you have any questions or would like to leave a phone number I can send you videos to your phone how it runs drives shifts and ins a outs its a great used rv thanks as is where is . also the generator I only tried to start a few times theres a certain way to start it and im not sure how, it turned over so I assume its fine. last thing the entry door is broken but the screen door is fine I was traveling about 15 mph and the door hit a mailbox no damage just broke the hinge on the door I still have the door and all the parts of the door are functional and repairable . theres a place in Kentucky that has a door and all I have to do is send um a pick of the door, and measurements and they"ll send the door, If it doesn"t sell this time around ill have the door by next bidding
