KNOWN ISSUES:The genset is not applying power to the coach. I do not know if the set is putting out power or if it is a switching issue. I suspect the latter. Air horns are inop, not sure why. Floor heat will not come on. I am told it may need the propane line bled. Worked fine when we bought the coach. We did run the coach out of propane and had to bleed the water heater gas line to get it to light again. Elec wiring to water heater element overheated (around 9 inches of wire needs replaced. Will need removed to replace the wiring to the contactor within the unit. Still works fine on propane. A new water heater is around 300 bucks if you want upgrade. R/R leveling jack mount is messed up and the leveling jack is tied up in place. The main entry door, two of the basement doors and the r/r fender flare could use minor bodywork or paint, one had a small crease in it and the other has faded paint. Strings on some of the blinds worn. They still partially function but could stand to be replaced if you want the dual functionality of both blind layers. There is 1 gouge in the r/r tire sidewall. The inlay on the refrigerator door has a crack and the entry door step needs a new gearbox. 1 A/C cover needs repair and reinstalled. Could use a clean and polish, some faded graphics. .
The coach needs new front airbags but is still drivable, albeit bouncy.
THE GOOD NEWS:
New tires Oct of 2016. The A/C thermostat has been professionally rebuilt to fix the inoperative button problem common on the 4 button controllers. I"ve had the coach up to 75 on the interstate and can drive it with one finger. Very smooth ride! ( please note again, the front airbags need to be replaced)

Clear SC title in my name for immediate transfer. This could be a really nice coach for the money with just some minor repairs! We are selling to make more space in the driveway/get into something smaller. The coach has served us very well on 2 hurricane evacuations to date.
