Vehicle description
1996 Dodge Ram Van 3500 (5.9L, V8) Intervec Horizon Class B Motor Home. Bought last year and started fixing up, but dog is getting older and does not seem to want to live in a van full-time. Dog being more important than van, looking to sell to another with dreams of the road/van life. Still some work to complete, but could be your tiny home!
The previous owner"s completed work:
Starter Battery
Roof touch-up/fix
Tune-up
Spare Tire Holder
AC charge (no ABS)
roof AC cover
Drag Link
Brake Job
My completed work:
Replace both idler arms
Ball joints
Crank seal
Sway bar links
Alignment
Oxygen sensor
3 tires (2 plus spare)
Water lines are CPVC, so I have not used. Someone in the past removed the black tank and then modified to use the grey for everything. Just have a jug next to toilet to manually flush. Water heater, and probably water pump, will need to be replaced. I was going to do hand/battery pump and jugs. Have not gotten to testing the A/C, furnace, or fridge. Only driving issue I am aware of is possible misfire if gas gets low, so I just don"t let it get low.
