Vehicle description

1996 Coachman Class A Motorhome / Tiny House with 13 foot slide, BACK PORCH, Tag Axle, and custom craftsmanship
This motorhome served as our tiny house for a year and served us well.
This RV project began with a gutted cabin, and the pictures show the transformation.
It is complete with many custom features, new items, and does have a few items that are listed below that would still need to be completed.
NEW items * New Transmission * New Emergency Brake Assembly * 8 new tires * Plumbing /all new Pex pipe * Electrical / all new electrical for cabin with new switchplates and outlets * 8 inch custom mattress for guest bed (very comfy) with allergen cover * 8 inch custom mattresses for twin bunk bed (very comfy) with allergen cover * New L-shaped custom countertop * Bathroom vanity with granite countertop * Regular American Standard toilet * Medicine cabinet built in bathroom * RV bathtub / shower *Tongue and groove pine ceiling front to back. * Whirpool Gold 11 cubic foot refrigerator *Whirpool Gold built in microwave * Tankless propane water heater LIKE NEW items
* Electric fireplace with remote * Flat screen * Dinette with storage * Twin bunk bed built into the 13 foot slide out * 6 hooks for hanging kitchen pots (pots not included in sale) * Single 24 inch x 24 inch stainless sink * Built in dual trash can * Convection oven * Washer-surpisingly nice washer for the compact size * Dryer-did a great job when we used it * Queen mattress in bedroom with allergen cover * Two Dometic 15000 btu Brisk 2 air conditioners (still need control boxes, 1 heating element comes with the sale)
Awesome / rare addition * Back porch, 8 feet x 6.5 feet
Items that will need to be completed *AC in driver compartment is not blowing cold. * Speedometer and cruise control quit functioning on our last trip * RV comes with a 7000 watt Onan gas powered generator. We never used it, but did get it to fire off. It will need a fuel pump to function. * All jacks are auto leveling jacks on bottom of the RV. They all come down with a touch of a button. There is one jack that will come down and support the RV but takes effort to put it back up. It will go back up. This jack needs a replacement spring and foot. *There is a minor exhaust leak somewhere above the muffler.
The engine is strong and the motorhome rides smooth. It operates on 110v/50amps. It is a tag axle motorcoach to help with driving on curves.
We used the motorhome mostly like a tiny home. We did drive it out of town, and it handled nicely when we did.
There are no leaks. The roof is solid.
We are starting the auction at 12K. This is below the listed value of the motorcoach.
There is NO reserve.
We have listed all we can think of to be informative and represent the sale.
This is a very nice build out with many details added to it. We loved calling it our "Tiny little Southern Living home."
This sale is AS IS.
