Items need attention:
ABS light - according to mechanic, rear left sensor is bad and this rig only has rear abs. It"s been on over two years and normal braking works just fine. If you don"t mind the light you don"t need to fix it. R ear wheels will not lock up during normal driving condition due to extra weight render ABS useless.
Fan in the bathroom does not work.
As soon as the fund is cleared I"ll overnight the clear/signed title. $250 of $500 deposit is non-refundable.
