No odors, No pets, Non smoking Rear bedroom, very comfortable factory queen tempurpedic mattress. Panamoramic front windows; zip dee awnings over every window except the front. Large cedar closet, plenty of storage area throughout trailer. Bathroom has toilet and separate shower. Very large trunk/storage area in rear of trailer. All the glass is intact and in great condition. Electric/propane dometic fridge, microwave, duo-therm peguin air conditioner & heat pump; propane ducted furnace, propane three burner range/oven, perfectly working electric tongue jack, Automatic/manual fan in bedroom. Front sofa with pull-out bed.beatufiul zip dee chairs. Newer tires all around. Carpet has been cleaned. It has NO LEAKS, NO CRACKS, NO RUST, NO MOLD. This is a California Trailer but has been in TX for about 12 years. The bad: 3 dents on rear on trailer shown in pictures. Original Decal/Stripe is faded and peeling.
