We have owned the motorhome for about a year and purchased it from someone that took great pride in the RV and keeping it in superb condition. We are busy planning the purchase and remodeling of a home and must put our travel plans on hold for a year or more . This 1995 Winnebago Rialta 22QD is built on the very hard to find Volkswagen Eurovan Chassis with the 5 speed stick shift transmission and gets an amazing 20 MPG (the highest in it"s class). Only 21 ft. 8 inches long and is low profile . If you can drive a stick shift sports car then you can drive this motorhome ! Low miles with only 81,700 and everyone knows the great reputation and longevity of German Engineering and Volkswagen in particular. Combine German Engineering with Winnebago"s reputation for quality and you have one of the best rigs on the road. All fiberglass and aluminum body and roof so a lot less maintenance than your standard motor home with a rubber roof . An optional roll out awning is included . This is a quality motorhome that will last a long time. The interior looks great, no smoke or pet odors . The front cab has ice cold dash air and a new compressor , power windows, power door locks, and cruise . One very nice feature we like about this RV is the fact that it has automotive rear AC to keep the back of the RV comfortable going down the road ! Behind the driver are two captains chairs that fold down to make a queen bed , and in the back are two sofas that also fold down to make another queen bed . The very unique side bathroom extends out for a larger bathroom and shower , the refrigerator runs on 110V or battery , has sink , LP stovetop , new microwave , water heater , furnace , ice cold roof air , and a large patio awning . Does not have the original generator but has a compartment for one . We feel confident that you could take this RV on a cross country trip but please ask us about the condition of any item or feel free to order an inspection by the RV mechanic of your choice . We have a full set of original manuals and lots of maintenance history records . This motorhome is also for sale locally and we reserve the right to end the auction at any time if it is no longer available for sale . It has a clean and clear Florida title and is currently registered . The RV is located just a short drive from the Tampa airport . All funds must clear before vehicle will be released.
