We bought this last summer to travel around Florida to see if we liked RV motorhome travel. We loved it and have purchased a larger RV to live in next spring. Two burner gas stove, stainless sink, Bathroom with toilet, sink, medicine cabinet and full shower. Dinette that converts to full sized bed, closet, multiple drawers, cabinets and storage space throughout. Much light and air thanks to the cross ventilation windows and skylight vent. The previous owner invested a great deal for reliability which is why we bought from him. New transmission, batteries, air conditioning and microwave. The engine has been well maintained with new timing belt, alternator, a/c compressor, etc. and a new propane generator on the back which runs much cleaner than a gas unit and never has the carburetor varnish issues. The refrigerator runs on 12 volts or 110. The roof air was upgraded to 13,500 btu for more efficient cooling. Everything-the bathroom, generator, stove, new microwave, refrigerator, hot water heater, sink, grey and black water systems run well and are in great shape. We averaged 17-18 MPG on our trips. One of the reasons we wanted a Rialta is that it drives like a big van and at only 21 feet can fit into standard parking spots. Layout has seating for 4 up front and up to 4 in the back. The front seats spin to open up the space. We had a blast in our Winnebago Rialta. The safety, and ease of pulling into beautiful locations made us appreciate it"s size.
