| “Sound Vehicle outside water heater panel clean in and out , Stove Fridge Shower, Restroom, Interior lights 4 new tires New Battery Starts every time runs well... Comes with additional Brand new portable Generator Weekender Champion RV ready. Original Onan 4000w generator is present. but quit on me. There is a small stone chip that has spider legged into a 1 inch on the passenger side. The air overhead works great but the dash a/c does not work. Starts runs well shifts good...fridge stove tanks taps water system works washroom...6 new tires over the last 6 monnths with 4 last month...etc..there is an old repair to the fiberglass on the drivers side...a small strip about 2 inches by 24 inches long. The chip just happened prior to a delivery...as it was sold...a few weeks ago and the air which I recently tried to use doesn't work...stereo works has original T.V;s has minor cosmetic issues. Headliner taken off in back bedroom and saggy in front. New Microwave new battery.” |

Up for Consideration is a pretty Nice 1995 Winnebago 28RC Class A Motorhome. It is plated and I drive around when I feel like it it"s great fun. .It sleeps 6 and comes complete with Beds Shower Washroom Vanity Makeup Shaving area. .dining area. Propane Stove Microwave(microwave updated) and all the original T.V. etc. .from when purchased New in 1995. The interior is completely original and is fairly clean owned by nonsmokers so no foul odours. not brand new clean but well taken care of. . nonsmokers no tears to upholstery with only the Microwave being updated. Good original Awning outdoor rinse station. Outdoor built in Stereo etc. has about 89,000 miles and will probably have another 5 or 600 miles on it when and if it sells. runs great Shifts super. .and just motors along on the Highway. .Cruise Control etc. Comes with extra portable Champion Generator 3500 Weekender RV ready less than 100 hrs. I bought it new a few months ago. .used it during the winter so There are some minor issues. . 2 marker lights on outside need replacing. .ice cracked one. .this winter. Headliner in Back bedroom has been removed and headliner up front is taped. . 2 locks are bent in. . Original decorative mirror on one of the compartment doors above the bed is cracked. .Generator worked fine until about 2 montha ago I think the clutch mechanism is messed up. I kept trying to start it on a wet day and a funny smell appeared like burning rubber much like a clutch in a manual shift 4 or 5 speed. .then a ding sound the starter spins but the bendix does not engage. .I think the bendix piece gave out. So the original Onan 4000 Generator is present but needs some work. . All 6 tires are new. Furnace kicks in great. .keeps you warm. Electric Water heater. .is good. The decorative outside access panel has been replaced. Hand Held Shower doesn"t stay in holder very well. .Dependable Running Vehicle I have used it almost everyday for the since October. .not one single no starts. The tanks were this past cold winter but now is ready for summer. I bought it to do some antique shows etc this past winter. .it was fun. I moved into a Condo this late Spring and no longer need it. I can drive a few hours to deliver but no cross country endeavors. Title is free and clear. .I just sold and while arranging for delivery the windshield got a chip and I didn"t realize the dash a/c wasn"t working so we decided to cancel the sale and start over with the updated information on condition.
