1995 winnebago adventurer class a motorhome. 34 ft.
Has Ford gas motor
Second owner.
Approx 97,000 miles.
4 year old tires only about 20% worn. Complete awning and frame was replaced last year. All flooring has been replaced this year. Carpet in back bedroom and vinyl plank thruout the rest of coach. Walk around bed has a brand new queen mattress never used. New accordion type blinds on all windows, large closet, bathtub with shower as well as outside shower.
Fridge, stove, microwave, water heater all work. Fridge works on electric or propane. Automatic steps. All 3 batteries replaced in October 2017. Generator works. 2 ac units work, back unit works excellent, front unit blows cold but only on low speed. Ladder on back to access roof. The motorhome was parked under awning most of the time so the roof is excellent condition and has never leaked. Lots of storage underneath. There is only the queen bed in back bedroom for sleeping. The couch in front is fixed in place but could be replaced with a sleeper sofa. Also the dining table folds up so a cot or airbed could be put in that area.
Motorhome has driven fine and operated fine for us on various outings. Previous owner had some tuneup work done in 2017, New fuel pump, radiator, belts, hoses, spark plugs, plug wires.
Things that need work are leveling jacks do not work at all. The plastic ceiling is sagging a little. This is not from any roof leaks but is from the heat. The generator starts and runs good but it probably could use a tuneup as it is a little stubborn to start when cold.
Part of the drivers door handle broke off and cant be opened from outside. Cracked passenger side mirror. Switches for porch and step light and stereo need to be attached to a wall. The wall they were attached to was part of the dinette booth which was removed. Entry door was pried open for some reason and is a little bent around latch. Opens, closes and locks fine. This is a privately owned motorhome not a dealer and will be sold as is with no warranty. We ask for a $500 earnest deposit paid thru paypal within 48 hours of auction end. We realize the pictures may not show everything and the deposit is fully refundable if buyer comes out and inspects motorhome and decides not to complete purchase for any reason. Deposit is not refundable if for some reason winning bidder or representative doesnt come out to inspect and complete or decline purchase within 7 days.
